"Shipping was fine, just a little slow"
My order did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but it showed up in good condition. Not a huge issue, just wish the shipping had been a little quicker.

"Easy warranty return"
I had a small issue after using the product for a few weeks, so I reached out to support. By the next day, they had already helped me sort out the return, and the warranty process was really simple. No hassle at all, which I really appreciated

"Instructions made this way harder than it needed to be"
I bought a unit from TMG Industrial , and the assembly was a lot more frustrating than I expected . The manual felt like it skipped over a few steps , the pictures were tiny , and some of the parts were not labeled clearly enough .
I ended up spending way too much time trying to figure out what went where . Someone who is really handy might get through it fine , but for me it turned into a headache and made the whole thing feel not really worth it

"Replacement parts were a hassle"
I ordered a few replacement parts the whole process was more frustrating than I expected. It took a while just to find out if they even had the parts in stock, and once they finally arrived, they didn’t fit quite right. I ended up having to fiddle with them to get everything to work. It wasn’t a total disaster, but for what I paid, I expected it to be a lot smoother...

"Decent buy if you're on a budget"
As someone who’s usually budget-conscious, I thought this was okay for the price. It’s a good value overall, but I did feel like the quality could be a bit better. Not bad, just not something I’d rave about

"Support was slower than I expected"
I had to wait quite a while to hear back from support. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the replies felt slow, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating

"Not gonna lie, I was pretty..."
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when my order from tmgindustrial.ca showed up. The box was really beat up, and a few parts had scratches on them, plus one corner was bent. It looked like there just wasn’t enough padding inside to protect it during shipping. The product itself might still be okay, but it’s not a great feeling when it arrives damaged and you have to deal with the hassle right away.
